As AI continues to infiltrate all aspects of our lives, it’s no surprise that the world of HR is no exception. From automated resume screening to chatbots answering employee questions, AI has the potential to revolutionize the way we approach HR.

The report also states that the increasing adoption of AI in HR processes is a major factor driving the growth of the HR software market. There is no doubt automation and analysis offers huge promise. But the machine computation must meet the human thinking.
