Customer Service Representative

Jacksonstone are recruiting for a healthcare company based in Dublin 12 for a customer services representative on a fixed term contract.

The role will require someone who is extremely competent using SAP and who also has good experience using CRM systems.

****WE WILL ONLY BE CONTACTING PEOPLE WHO HAVE USED SAP PREVIOUSLY IN A ROLE****

Duties & Responsibilities include:

Supporting a team of reps nationwide

Providing information and advice to patients and consultants

Booking appointments for clinics

Download reports for reps and consultants

Processing orders

Processing payments

Sourcing stock

Logging tasks on CRM system

Working to deadlines

Processing quotes

Liaising with suppliers

Audit support

Experience Required:

SAP experience essential

Experience in medical device industry preferred

Excellent communication skills

Must be empathetic as you will be dealing with patients

Team player

Client will be holding interviews 28th and 29th September therefore you must be able to attend on either of these days.
